Age 55+ and one of: 15 yrs work (in/outside UAE); property ≥AED 1m; savings ≥AED 1m (Dubai: 3-yr fixed deposit); income ≥AED 20k/month (Dubai previously AED 15k). Dubai combo AED 500k property + 500k savings. Health insurance. Gov fees ~AED 11k (family of 3).

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 218'000. You need an annual income of about CHF 52'320. Spouse and children can usually be included.
