Employment Work Permit and Residence (تصريح عمل وإقامة)
Employment Work Permit and Residence is a residence route in Bahrain (Erwerbstätigkeit). Employer-sponsored LMRA work permit (1–2 yrs) + NPRA residence. After 5 yrs at average ≥BHD 2,000/month eligible for Golden Residency. Flexi Permit abolished 2022 (replaced by Labour Registration Program for irregular workers only).
