Residence permit – pensioner is a residence route in Albania (Ruhestand). Foreign pension with annual income ≥ ~ALL 1.2M (~EUR 12k, low confidence), accommodation, health insurance, clean record. Renewable yearly; spouse included. Fees ~ALL 4,000/person (approx).

You need an annual income of about CHF 11'640. You must spend about 183 days a year in the country to keep it. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
