Investor Visa & Temporary Residence Card (DT1–DT3) is a residence route in Vietnam (Investor- / golden visa). Capital contribution in a Vietnamese company: DT3 VND 3–50bn → TRC 3 yrs; DT2 VND 50–100bn → 5 yrs; DT1 ≥VND 100bn → 10 yrs. DT4 (<VND 3bn): 12-month visa only. Gov fees ~USD 750 for family.
