Family Residence is a residence route in Dominican Rep. (Familie). Spouse/children of Dominican citizens or of investor/rentista/pensioner residents (included as dependants); apostilled civil documents.
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after nu years. Citizenship can be possible after about 2 years.
How holders are taxed
As principal; foreign passive income taxable from 3rd year unless Law 171-07 status.
