EU/EEA/Swiss citizen registration certificate is a residence route in Romania (Volný pohyb EU / ESVO). Register with IGI after 3 months: ID, proof of work/self-employment or sufficient resources + health insurance, address. Non-EU spouse/child get residence card as family members. Permanent residence after 5 yrs.
