Equity in Mexican company or business assets >45,850 UMA (~MXN 5.38m), or debt-free Mexican real estate in own name ≥40,000 UMA (~MXN 4.69m; some consulates now apply 91,710 UMA ≈ MXN 10.8m). Work permission requested separately. LOW confidence on property threshold. Gov fees ~MXN 12,400/person (visa + card).

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 202'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 4 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
