Family reunification is a residence route in Luxembourg (Rodina). Spouse/registered partner (≥18) and minor children; sponsor has stable resources (≥ social minimum wage, ~€2,700/month), suitable housing, health insurance. Family of EU citizens: residence card under free movement. Fees ~€80 permit + visa per family member.
Requirements at a glance
You need an annual income of about CHF 30'500. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
