Employment Visa (E) is a residence route in India (Zaměstnání). Contract with Indian company/entity; salary ≥USD 25,000/yr (exceptions); up to 5 yrs extension; FRRO registration. Dependants on Entry (X) visa. Visa fees ~USD 750 for family.
Requirements at a glance
You need an annual income of about CHF 20'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Citizenship can be possible after about 12 years.
