Temporary Residence (work/other) → Permanent Residence is a residence route in Dominican Rep. (Zaměstnání). Residence visa (RS-1) from consulate, then temporary residence via employer, own company or other basis; permanent after 5 yrs temporary residence (Law 285-04).
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
