Talent Visa (R) / Young Science & Technology Talent Visa (K) is a residence route in China (Zaměstnání). R visa for category-A high-level talent/urgently needed specialists (multi-entry up to 5–10 yrs). K visa (from Oct 2025) for young STEM talent without employer sponsorship. Gov fees ~CNY 3,600 for family.
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 3 years.
