Investor / Partner Residence Visa (mainland or free-zone company) is a residence route in United Arab Emirates (رائد الأعمال). Set up/own shares in a mainland or free-zone company (100% foreign ownership in most activities); company sponsors the shareholder's residence. No statutory minimum in most free zones (licence ~AED 12–35k/yr). Standard residence lapses after >6 months continuous absence. Gov visa/EID fees ~AED 32k (family of 3).
