Premium Residency – Entrepreneur is a residence route in Saudi Arabia (رائد الأعمال). Cat. 1: startup with ≥SAR 400k funding from accredited entity (incubator/accelerator/VC), applicant ≥20% equity → 5 yrs. Cat. 2: ≥SAR 15m raised, ≥10% equity, 10+10 jobs → conditional permanent. Fee SAR 4,000/person.
