Residence for property owners is a residence route in Lebanon (المستثمر / التأشيرة الذهبية). Foreigners owning property (title deed) may obtain renewable residence (1-yr or 3-yr) from General Security with financial evidence; foreign ownership capped at 3,000 m² without decree.
